Open Access Policy and Terms of Use of Copyrighted Materials

Open Access Policy
The publication operates under an open access model, providing free access to read, download, copy, and distribute all published articles. For reuse of materials, the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license is applied, which allows copying, adaptation, and commercial use of materials provided that proper reference to the original publication is given and the license is indicated.
 Authors retain copyright, while granting the journal the right to publish and distribute the materials.

 The process of submitting materials for publication, their review, and approval is described in the section Peer Review Policy.
Data Sharing Policy and Terms of Use of Copyright Objects
 The publication supports the principles of transparency and openness of scientific research set out in the recommendations of COPE, WAME, DORA, and FAIR principles, while ensuring the protection of authors’ rights and compliance with ethical standards.
 Data underlying published results, except for open FAIR datasets, may be provided only upon an official request through the editorial office and solely with the consent of the author(s).
 To obtain access to the data, the interested party must send a request to the editorial office indicating the purpose of its use. The editorial office forwards the request to the author(s) for consideration. If consent is granted, the editorial office informs the requester about further steps, which may include signing a confidentiality agreement and an obligation to comply with ethical principles of data use.
 The editorial office does not require authors to provide access to data and takes into account possible restrictions related to confidentiality, legal, or ethical aspects. In case of refusal by the author, the editorial office informs the requester.
 All requests for data access should be sent to the official email address of the publication. This approach ensures a transparent and regulated process, promotes the protection of authors’ rights, and guarantees ethical use of scientific data.
Archiving Policy
 The publication implements measures to ensure long-term preservation and continuous access to content hosted on its servers. More details are described in the section Archiving and Long-Term Open Access Preservation Policy.
