Procedure for Handling Complaints on Ethical Violations

 The editorial office aims to respond promptly and constructively to all complaints. The editorial board will examine each complaint according to its nature and complexity, and any decision made will take into account the recommendations provided by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
 Suggestions or complaints should be sent to the journal’s email address mail@imk.zp.ua or via the feedback system. All messages will be reviewed and resolved within thirty working days.
 A complaint must be concise, specific, and contain sufficient information indicating any possible violation of publication ethics. If possible, additional documents supporting the claim should also be provided.
 Complaints that fall outside the scope of the journal’s responsibilities—for example, personal complaints against authors, editors, reviewers, or the editorial board—will receive a response explaining why the complaint is considered outside the journal’s remit. In addition, the journal will refrain from conducting an investigation when complaints are submitted in an abusive, threatening, or defamatory manner.
